Wallaby Web Design is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support to our clients.
What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.
How does WebDesk protect customer information?
Our preferred shopping cart uses Verisign SSL certificate that encrypts your credit card and personal information before processing the transaction. If you make payment via PayPal, they also provide similar encryption. In addition, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.
Will Wallaby disclose any client information to outside parties?
Wallaby Web Design will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. WebDesk may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of WebDesk, our users, or others.

Wallaby Website Package
The Wallaby Website Package includes many services together in on package, provided in an organized, systematized way to ensure the success of the website. When you purchase this package, you have rights to all of these services, if used in accordance with our system. All services in the Wallaby Website Package are to be used towards one website only. The first step of the Wallaby Website Package System is the Application. If the application is not approved, a refund will be provided. Once a client is approved for the Wallaby Website Package, and upon submission of the Design Questionnaire (Step 3), the monies paid are non-refundable, without regard to the number of steps that have been completed. The Wallaby Website Package is a service, that includes our Custom Website Design Package (normally $499) for free as a part of the service. There is no contract time requirement for this service.
The Wallaby Website Package includes the following:
- Custom Website Design - Based upon design input from our clients, such as example websites shown to us, we design all our websites from scratch in Photoshop. Several mock-up designs are created to find the best design for the website. In most cases this design process takes about 3 business days. Our Unlimited Support policy (discussed below), includes unlimited design revisions, more time is necessary for more revisions. We do not discourage revisions, as the more effort and energy that gets put into each step, typically means better results and more success. To be able to continue to offer unlimited revisions to our clients, we reserve the right to limit the number of revisions to those to abuse the system. Clients that keep the communication cordial, open, and reasonable, will continue to have unlimited revisions until the design is to their satisfaction.
- Unlimited Support - Because the success of our clients is our success, we offer unlimited service to our clients for any tasks relating to the design, build, and success of their website, that are not deemed unreasonable by Wallaby Website Design. Therefore, there is no limit to the number of pages, products, etc., as long as the number of products and pages will contain content or product information that is prepared by the client, and not deamed by our coaching staff as frivolous or unnecessary. Unlimited Support refers specifically to website support, and does not include business development, product development, or anything outside of the website and it's functionality. We are not a custom programming company. Instead of reinventing the wheel, so to speak, we utilize other available and compatible software to accomplish desired results on our websites. Our support is limited to the insertion and implementation of such software components, but comes with no guarantee of their adequacy, or customization.
- Website Conversion Coaching - To assist our clients in obtaining results from their website, we have included Website Conversion Coaching into Wallaby Website Package. As a part of this package, this coaching will be provided in a systematic and step by step manner according to the steps of the Wallaby Website Package. Coaching questions may be submitted using online forms provided during the Steps of the Wallaby Website Package. Coaching will be provided on a monthly basis to provide answers to the questions, and to provide suggestions to the client relating to the clients goals for the website.
- SEO Coaching - This monthly coaching will help our clients in optimizing their websites, in order to find favor with the search engines. This coaching will be provided on a monthly basis according to the steps of the Wallaby Website Package.
- SEO Link Building - SEO link building is provided to help bring more traffic and attention to specific pages of your website, as well as to help define the relevance of a website and it's specific pages. While only the search engines control how a website ranks in their search results, we provide a detailed report of the websites performance and ranking, so our clients can easily track the progress that is being made with their website, as a part of their Wallaby Website Package purchase.
Website Images, Content, and Information
All website content, including images, are the responsibility of the client. All images used by Wallaby Web Design in mock-up designs and throughout the website design process, are for example purposes only, and not meant for permanent use. Where possible, images with watermarks will be used. All images used, and the rights to use those images are the full responsibility of the Wallaby Website Package purchaser. All information or written material on the website is also the responsibility of the client. Neither Wallaby Web Design, nor WebDesk LLC, can be held responsible for the use of unauthorized images, content or information.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
The Wallaby Website Design package is designed to be a long term package, however, there is no subscription length, or time commitment required. You may cancel your Wallaby Website Package at anytime, and we will simply stop your service. Because the Wallaby Website Package is a service provided to on a monthly basis, refunds are not possible. If after cancellation of the Wallaby Website Package, a client desires to keep and maintain the website themselves, they may may purchase the website outright for the sum of $499, which is equivalent to the a la carte price for custom website design that is included for free with the service. For clients that have already purchased a custom website design a la carte for$499, and want to upgrade to the Wallaby Website Package, they can elect to either waive the buyout fee, or get a rebate of $499 applied to the yearly total for the Wallaby Website Package.
